It features a beautiful black matte dial with high quality swiss super luminova, skeleton hands and a Self-winding oscillating weight with a “côtes de Genève” finish. Despite being a sporty watch, it can still fit for formal and casual days. it comes in two sizes: 36 and 40 millimeters of diameter.
The movement itself
The Railmaster is powered by Calibre 2912, a self-winding mechanical movement, that has a power reserve of 40 hours. Using an oscillating weight at the back, it will never stop if worn regularly on the wrist, making it a perfect daily watch.
Made with durable parts, the Calibre 2912 can last between 7 to 10 years without being serviced, thanks to its heart beating rate of 3 Hz, which makes it a powerful, reliable, yet optimised workhorse. It is certified for a maximum of 500 gauss magnetic protection, making it virtually insensitive from small to medium magnetic interferences, such as railway equipment, smartphones, tablets, internet, laptops, and magnetic clasps.
Its features are hacking hands movement, making the time setting easy to use, and a date function that accommodates the 31-day calendar.
To wind Calibre 2912, unscrew the crown until you feel a slight click, then start rotating the crown clockwise to wind the movement, up to 30-40 times to guarantee that the watch is fully wound.
To set the date, pull the crown to the first notch, then rotate it anti-clockwise until the desired date is displayed.
To set the time, pull the crown to the second notch, then rotate the crown in either direction, until the desired time is displayed, then carefully push and screw the crown back down against the case in a clockwise direction.
